Churchwood Estate is an expanse of land acquired off the Lekki-Epe Express-way in the Eti-Osa Local Government area in Nigeria by Habakkuk Properties Limited measuring 10.2 Hectares (for the first Phase). It is approximately 20mins drive from Victoria Island. The plots are solid land i.e. does not need any sand filling. The proposed estate land is covered with Certificate of Occupancy.

This project will be developed in three phases, the first being the sale of 153 plots on site and provision of infrastructure over a period of 2 years. The Estate will be richly laid out with state-of -the-art facilities, dedicated transformers for stable power supply, good drainage system, e.t.c. The second phase is the sale of unconfirmed further plots and the third being the construction of prototype houses. A gate and an estate office will be erected immediately to allow for easy administration and security on site.
